1. Accomplishing a comprehensive database file about Palestinian land confiscation (including Jerusalem), and Israeli atrocities against agricultural sectors in the West Bank and Gaza Strip.

2. Developing the soil project towards establishing a specialized center in soil testing and detailed soil maps.

3. Producing a complete soil map in the West Bank and Gaza Strip in addition to land cover and land use maps.

4. Developing a network of relations with institutions and educational centers concerned with soil and agriculture at regional and international levels, especially the Mediterranean area.

5. Establishing an extension service unit in the fields of soil mapping and agriculture.

6. Concentrating on sustainable agricultural projects for Palestinian farmers, particularly land reclamation projects.

7. Planning on a scientific basis to serve the environment through land classification regarding type, and the suitability different kinds of vegetation. Classification of plants regarding their resistance to diseases and susceptibility to irrigated and non-irrigated situations will also be covered.
