West Bank, Gaza Strip and Jerusalem
1/11/01
Israeli colonists seized the house of Mrs. Fawzia Al- Kurd in sheik Jarrah quarter, North of the old city of Jerusalem. The house is 130 M2 . It is worth mentioning that Mrs. Al- Kurd obtains the right ownership document for the house.

Occupation Forces ( OF) bulldozers devastated the following areas of Palestinian land in the village of Beit Lahia, Gaza:
- 7 dunums of land cultivated with guava, 4 of them are owned by Mr. Zuheir Khdeir and the rest by Mr. Abdul Rahim Zindah.

OF destroyed two houses in Rafah: the first is 200 M2 and owned by Mr. Sami Abdullah Yunis who has a family of 7 members; the second is 200 M2 and owned by Mr. Ra’ed Abdullah Yunis.
The following properties were also destroyed:
- A 15 meter long wall owned by Mr. Kamel Mohammed Darwish.
- A 50 M3 well owned by Mr. Ata sa’id Hilo.
- An irrigation system serving 5 dunums of land and owned by brothers Riad and Jawad Al- Hilo.
- 6 olive trees owned by Mr. Sa’id Kharti.
- 1500 cement bricks owned by Mr. Saqer Eid Abu- Liala.
4/11/01
OF committed the following violations in Beit Hanon, Gaza:
- The destruction of a one storey building with a total area of 25 M2 owned by Mr. Arafah Saleh Hamuda.
- The destruction of a turning workshop with a total area of 120 M2 owned by Mr. Samir Ibrahim Sabagh amd Mr. Mazen Suleiman Hilo.
- The destruction of a carpentry with a total area of 12. M2 owned by Mr. Riad Mohamme Husein Masu’d.
- The destruction of a carpentry with a total area of 150 M2 owned by Mr. Ashraf Mustafa Shawa.
- The demolition of a hose with a total area of 400 M2 near the colony of Dogheit owned by the sons of Late Faiz Al-Hindi from Shati refugee camp.
5/11/01
OF committed the following violations in Rafah:
- The demolition of the house of Mr. Zakaria Nimr Ghuneim built of two floors and inhabited by two families with total members of 18 people. 800 M2 of land cultivated with citrus, palm and olives were also destroyed in the vicinity of the house.
- The demolition of the house of Mr. Mohammed Salim whose total area was 200 M2. It was inhabited by 13 people.
- The demolition of the house of Mr. Ahmad Za’id AbdulAl whose total area was 500 M2 and lived by 4 families totaling 29 members.

OF devastated agricultural land adjacent to Dogheit colony as followed:
- A 3 dunum piece of land covered with green houses and cultivated with vegs owned by Mr. Yaser Tafish.
- A 1 dunum piece of land covered with a green house and cultivated with vegs owned by Mr. Jaser Tafish.

OF bulldozed agricultural land in Al- Mawasi area in Khan Yunis as followed:
- A 2 dunum of land cultivated with olives and owned by Mr. Saleh Hasan Laham.
- A 1 dunum of land cultivated with guava and owned by Mr. Bassam Hasan Laham.
- A half dunum of land cultivated with guava and owned by Mr. Abdul Rahim Khalil Majaideh.
- A half dunum of land cultivated with olives and owned by Mr. Yahia Mustafa Laham.

OF committed the following violations in Jenin:
- The demolition of the house of Mr. Mohammed Mahmud Hmmad, 50 years old. The demolished house was 130 M2.
- The uprooting of 7 olive trees belonging to Mr. Mohammed Ali Al- Qaisi.

In Beit Lahia, Gaza, OF carried out the following violations:
- The bulldozing of 8 dunums of land cultivated with vegs and strawberry and owned by Mr. Rabah Attar.
- The bulldozing of 4 dunums of land cultivated with vegs and owned by Mr. Mohammed Ghazi Al- Atar.
- The bulldozing of 2 dunums of land cultivated with vegs and owned by Mr. Khamis Khader Khudeir.
- The bulldozing of 1 dunum of land cultivated with strawberry and owned by Mr. Kamel Abu- Halima.
- The bulldozing of 2 dunums of land cultivated with vegs and owned by Mr. Nabil Sa’di Al- Atar.
- The bulldozing of 6 dunums of land cultivated with vegs and strawberry and owned by Mr. Mohammed Sa’id Al- Atar.
- The bulldozing of 3 dunums of land cultivated with vegs and strawberry and owned by Mr. Abdul Karim Abu Halima.

The following land devastation operations were done by OF along the border line north of Beit Hanon, Gaza:
- 5 dunums cultivated with citrus trees and owned by Mr. Ahmad Mohammed Za’anin.
- 1.5 dunum cultivated with citrus trees and owned by Mr. Mohammed Hasan Za’nin.
- 1.5 dunums cultivated with citrus trees and owned by Mr. Jamil Hasan Zan’anin.
- 1.5 dunums cultivated with citrus trees and owned by Mr. Mustafa Hussein Za’anin.
- 1.5 dunums cultivated with citrus trees and owned by Mr. Hasa Hussein Za’anin.
- 3 dunums cultivated with citrus and owned by Mr. Nasim Mahmud Za’anin.
- 1.5 dunums cultivated with citrus and owned by Mr. Isma’il Hasan Za’anin.
- 1.5 dunums cultivated with citrus and owned by Mr. Mohammed Yusif Za’anin.
- 1 dunum cultivated with citrus and owned by Mr. Hussein Mahmud Za’anin.
- 1 dunum cultivated with citrus and owned by Mr. Sabah Hsan Za’anin/

- 22 dunums cultivated with grapes and fig and owned by Mr. Mohammed Ali Al- Za’but.
- 12 dunums cultivated with grapes and fig owned by the heirs of Ramadan Mohammed Al- Za’but.
- 12 dunums cultivated with grapes and fig and owned by Mr. Khalil Ibrahim Al- Za’but.
- 12 dunums cultivated with grapes and fig and owned by Mr. Abdul Karim Mohammed Al- Za’but.

OF demolished a house owned by Mr. Ibrahim Khamis Daheir from Khan Yunis. The house is 250 M2 and was inhabited by 9 persons.

OF demolished a house owned by Mrs. Sarah Omer Tawashi from Gaza with a total area of 300 meters.
OF bulldozers devastated 12 dunums of land cultivated with palm, olives and vegs owned by Mr. Ahmad Sa’id Tawashi from Gaza.
27/11/01
- OF bulldozed 7 dunums cultivated with vegs and citrus trees in Khan Yunis. The owner is Mr. Mustafa Musa Abu- Eidah.
- 2 dunums cultivated with vegs were bulldozed in Khan Yunis. They are owned by Mr. Fawaz Abu-Eidah.
West Bank and Gaza
1/12/01
Israeli bulldozers devastated 700 dunums of Palestinian land adjacent to Abu- Ghuneim ( Har Homa Mountain) north of Bethlehem. A number of fruitful and forest trees were uprooted during this process. The Land belong to the villages of Al- Khas and al- Nu’man. This aggression was carried out to make room for the construction of a colonial bypass road.

The OA delivered notices to demolish 20 houses in Al- Walaja village, west of Bethlehem under the pretext of un-licensing. Owner Mohammed Yusif Odeh confirmed that most of house owners who received demolition orders, in fact, obtain legal licensing documents.

Colonialists in Kissufim colony in Gaza Strip added a new house in the new colonial nucleus which was recently established near Kisufim.

Israeli bulldozers demolished the road leading to Al- Nazalah Al- Gharbia village, Jenin, destroying water and electricity lines and erecting five big rock barricades.
