Head of Bedouin community , Salim Ka’abneh told LRC:

“we have been living in Aj-Jiftlik for more than 25 years, and we used to depend on agriculture and cattle breeding for living , we applied for licenses several times , and this time we went to several Human Rights institutions seeking help, and we will fight to the last minute .”

‘Arab Al-Ka’abneh descend from Beer Sheba south Palestine, but they were forcedly displaced several time since 1948 , and they settled at several areas in the West Bank where they found the same fate. After 1967 , and to this day people of ‘Arab Al-Ka’abneh find themselves targeted by the occupation . In addition,Al-Ka’abneh community in Aj-Jiftlik was targeted several times , and the number of the community population is decreasing day by day.
