Violation: Notice to halt work in agricultural project.
Location: Wadi Al Shinnar, Halhul town, Hebron governorate.
Date: March,6th 2025.
Perpetrators: The so- called Israeli civil administration
Affected party: Citizen Mohammad Karajeh.
Details:
On Thursday, March, 6th 2025, the occupation authorities directed a halt of work construction notice in an agricultural project belongs to citizen Mohammad Ali Khalil Karajeh on pretext of building without a license and classified as ‘’C’’ area.
The affected citizen found a halt of work construction in his land number. (32047), which the occupation authorities to immediate stop of construction work, on pretext building without a license, and in March,19th 2025, set a date for a meeting subcommittee on inspection which locate in Beit Eil settlement to research about demolish the building.

The notice targeted agricultural structures as follows in the table below:

The view of an agricultural project and targeted structures
The affected citizen (58 years) told as follows:
‘’I own a plot of land with total area about 150 dunams m2 , there has been a natural water spring since ancient times. A few years ago, I built a small pond next to a water spring to providing water to birds and animals, noted a water spring doesn’t have a strong water flow, producing only a few liters of water per a day as I established a water cistern to harvest rainwater in the cistern, a few months ago, I was selected from rehabilitating lands project that carried out by LRC in the area, then the land was rehabilitated that water spring and water cistern were in it and planted it with grape saplings, but I shocked about the occupation’s notice in the location demanding me to halt work in the project.’’
Citizen Karajeh has been working on establishing a field to his family as he supports a family consisting of 8 members including 1 child and 4 females.
It’s worth mentioning that a section of a new bypass road (road no.60) or named Al Aroub Bypass passing to west of citizen karajeh’s lands and just 80 meters away from it. This came to hundreds of dunams of farmers’ lands from Halhul and Beit Ummar and Al Aroub, as the occupation authorities prevent some works near to this road particularly that related with construction in general and demolished several agricultural and residential structures surrounding the road.
