Violation: vandalize 120 olive trees.
Location: Beit Dajan village, east Nablus.

Perpetrators: Settlers.
Affected party: Two Farmers, Majed Yousef Mohammad Kn’an, Mujahed Yousef Mohammad Kn’an.
Details:
In March, 19th 2025, Beit Dajan located east Nablus targeted a piece of land by settlers with total area 10 dunams located east village within area called ‘’Al Ardat’’, natural block no.3, piece number 10 from the village lands.
It’s worth mentioning settlers from colonial outpost located on the outskirts of village deliberately using sharp tools cut and vandalize 120 olive trees aging 9 years, causing serve damage, in addition to vandalize 320 meters metal siege around the land.
The affected land belongs to farmer Majed Yousef Mohammad Kn’an and his brother Mujahed Yousef Mohammad Kn’an.
Farmer Majed Kn’an to LRC researcher told as follows:
‘’ The affected land is considered as one of agricultural areas that I depend on it in my source of income, as the land was produced about 40 tins of olive oil, I spent most of my time in it and checks up, but since the events of 7th October, I didn’t reach it because of settlers’ practices and preventing us from accessing our lands. they established a colonial outpost just a few meters away from my land. In previous olive season, settlers vandalize a water cistern exist in my land, so I can’t do anything, I tried to accessing again but they preventing me.’’
It’s worth mentioning the Israeli occupation continue closed large areas from Beit Dajan lands in east village, as no less than 120 dunams that farmers can’t reaching and considered a source of produce olive oil for 45 families from the village.

Beit Dajan is located 12 km to the east of Nablus; its total area is 44100 dunums including 360 dunums of built up area inhabited by 758 pople (207 census) in addition to 12500 dunums that are related to al-Ghoor area . A large part of the village lands were confiscated for the construction of the colony of Mehola in 1973.
Beit Dajan is surrounded by a number of villages namely (Salem, Deir al-Hatab, Talluza, Beit Furik, Ghoor el-Far'a ) and depends on grains plantation and fruitful trees such like olive, figs and almond.
In 1971, Al-Humra settlement was constructed on 123 dunums confiscated from Beit Dajan, while the settlement controls 3855 dunums for security claims, and inhabited by 126 settlers (2013).
